Square Pizza – that’s not so square

Sure there are a million pizza recipes on the internet. But how many square pizza recipes are there? I like using a sheet pan for pizza because it basically guarantees success with your crust, and takes the pressure off. Or course, if you had all the time in the world and a ballerina-like touch, you could pull of a perfectly stretched round pizza. But for us mere-mortals, a sheet pan works really well.

This isn’t really a recipe post. It’s just a way to link you to the real deal recipe for my sourdough pizza crust. I’ll trust you know what toppings you like.

This recipe for sourdough pizza crust will make two “deep dish” style pizzas to fit on two regular sized sheet pans. Or if you prefer thin crust, then divide dough into 3 and stretch thinner.
