Probiotic Mango Lassi

What would the advent of summer in Australia be without a few mango recipes? This one is perfect for those extra ripe mangos that go on special at the supermarket. I like to supercharge this drink with some kefir, which I then sweeten with maple syrup. It’s a Canadian-Australian match made in Heaven!

Ingredients:

2-3 ripe mangos

1 teaspoon cinnamon

3 tablespoons maple syrup

2 cups kefir

Directions:

Blend all ingredients and serve chilled. You may need to add a small dash of coconut water to thin out, however mango lassis are traditionally served quite thick.
