Serve this lovely sauce over plain pasta, or add to a soup to give it some zing! Whatever you do, just eat your greens! I love how green and inviting this sauce is, and it’s really a snap to pull together in a kitchen mixer or blender.

Ingredients:
I bunch kale (blanched)
1//2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 small head garlic
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender/kitchen mixer and combine until smooth. Adjust seasonings. Serve.
